Canva for Beginners: Using Templates (2/10)

When can we expect chroma key functionality on Canva?

Hi! I'm a beginner trying to get the different shapes of my pattern onto paper. Some of the shapes are not available in Canva. I cannot find an option for drawing by hand and then perfecting the shape. Any suggestions please?

Hi, I'm using Pro. I used to be able to apply all slides of a set template but not now. The left hand side show the slides in video/motion and clicking on segments can't bring out all of the slides :( What can we do about it? Thanks

This is about a computer not a phone

Hi! I have a Pro account, and I'm wanting to love Canva ... However, is the platform super buggy? It's seeming that way. For instance, I'm finding that I'm not always able to edit all files I've closed. Sometimes I open them up and then am not able to see some of the tools, images, etc. Or, the one I just put an hour into and had closed, now I'm not able to edit at all. (I tried making a copy of the file and work on that but still no bueno.) Essentially, the files seem frozen, so I've been patient and simply re-created the design, but then it happens again, so getting frustrated. Additionally, trying to work with at least one of the templates causes Canva itself to freeze so I have to get out of Canva altogether and try again .... (Note: I have a fast internet connection and a new computer. Plus, I don't have this problem with all the templates just some. I've also logged in/out, turned the computer on/off.) I'd very much like to use the images I invested time to create. What's up with you, Canva? :(

I am on a pro account but my screen does not have the option to title the design as mentioned above? any thoughts?
