When it comes to the health of the planet, the only way is naming and shaming these fools. This shit isn't a joke, and feelings aren't to be prioritized. Keep up the great work, Bart.

Hi Prof, Just watched Jillian Michaels's video What I eat in a day, take a look she seems completely confused and unfocused,
I am glad Brad is not my medical service provider, I am not a Doctor but I do know more than Brad about health, He is just spouting MOH
propaganda, Which I did for years and ended up with Type 2 Diabetes and their Dietary Guidelines for Diabetics only made it worse you, Ken Berry
Jason Fung and others put me on the track to beat it , Thank you.

So what are your thoughts on doctors like Dr. Berry and others in the carnivore community recommending the carnivore diet given he isn't a nutritionist either?
Seems like addressing someone's diet should be the first thing any doctor should do before throwing pills at them.

Im going to make a cause and effect claim. The amount of times Bart repeats himself is in direct correlation to the amount of times people make the same bullshit claim in different words. Basically their vids are one claim stretched out to 10 minutes

My doctor diagnosed me with dislipidemia a couple of months ago. Have been carnivore for 9 months and my gut pain is gone, my joint pain is gone, my blood pressure is excellent, my attitude about life is better and I know that I'm reversing fatty liver, gallstones and getting much healthier and feeling better.

I have let my doctor know that he wouldn't approve of my diet but that it will provide anecdotal evidence for the benefits of it by the fact that joint and gut pain are eliminated. Next meeting I'm going to let him know I'm carnivore. It will be by phone so I won't get to see his face. I want to let him know without insulting him that his information about cholesterol is not only outdated but just completely off the mark of reality.

I understand that all he can legally provide me is allopathic medicine. Hopefully I can share my experiences with him and at least broaden his ideas and thought processes regarding the diagnosis of dislipidemia. I'm very confident that my cholesterol is in the best place that it could be for my best longevity.

I have much respect for him and I know that he has been trained a certain way and he's not allowed to swerve from his training. I would certainly hate to be in that type of position. So I will share information with him very sympathetically. It is really shocking how much of the world squelches free-thinking and true observation of the scientific facts rather than just what big pharma wants people to think. It's criminal, really.

All I eat is meat, exercise, total cholesterol is 345, other health markers were in range for a govt related job in South Korea. The doctor wouldn't sign off the health check for the job unless I took Cholesterol medication. As the doctor told me, "people with LDL higher than 160 take medicine in Korea". I think most of my colleagues in my previous job were taking medication. I wonder if they ALL actually need it?

It's funny how my cholesterol is 212 mm/dl, which is literally smack on the dot for the WHO chart of minimal mortality for heart disease, yet in my labwork I am labeled with a bold font as slightly over the top limit of what I "should be" :D And I've been carnivore for 11 months now, eating no plant oils and eating fatty meat, fatty fish, eggs and butter every day. This makes me very close to the lowest all cause mortality, too.

It’s crazy, my GP has been freaking out since I went predominantly to a meat based diet and my LDL is now 4.4 he said you will drop dead of a heart attack and that I need to take a statin to not die, I’ve seen 2 cardiologists and they concur with the GP that my LDL is out of control and they also advised I take statins to reduce my plaque ( even though they have not checked for this ) or I will have a heart attack.
It’s extremely difficult to find doctors that have critical thinking skills or even do the research into the the individual patient.
🇦🇺🤦‍♂️

Keep up the great work.
