Thank you for this today, Mark. I’ve been struggling SO much the past week at work with a colleague who out of the blue is being nasty to me. I’m mortified. I’m shocked & saddened & have been praying all week on guidance on how to figure this thing out between us and then here comes this video! This has helped me understand a few things. I’m so grateful to be armed with this & will continue my search for more understanding before Monday! And meditation 🧘

We had a manager talk today. As she spoke she reeled it out as fast as she could. I could see ahe hated the bullshit she had to reel off but she had no choice she wants the money so she has to play the role.

She keep peering at me and just wabted it out done and gone with no objections

She didnt want to have to argue the toss and further damage her soul.

Ever since i joined the job she avoids me its odd like she knows i draw out the bullshit.
