General ek average pov logo ka Gym karna is basically for staying healthy active and building strength. Aesthetic is who compete in bodybuilding. Just like getting into special forces is no joke, similarly bodybuilding is also not everyone's cup of tea. Exaggerate karna tho koi en logo se seekhe!!

Ответить10 km running 1000+ plus pushups and 250 pullups a day everyday is Major overtraining , would be better off not even working out cause he is a high risk of death due to rhabdomyolysis Yes its hard and will give you discipline but it's nothing even related to health , if anything u are working urself to death , which is not necessary at all if you regularly go to the gym regularly taking rest days for enhanced recovery

ОтветитьThat’s exceptional WORKOUT ETHIC 👍🏻💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. But working towards high repetitions will enhance muscular endurance not muscular strength. Integrating heavy kettlebells would be a game changer. The kettlebell squat, Deadlift and clean and press works wonders. Though it leans towards muscular endurance and muscular strength, (not absolute strength.)

ОтветитьBut there is a difference between endurance and raw strength, gym is for raw absolute brute force and army training most of the time is for endurance with the weight required i.e weapon, personnel and bag or a injured buddy in a few cases.
