Cant believe ppl fought to the death to keep other HUMANS as slaves then gaslighted these HUMANS to the present day and now you have the children of these ppl trying right now as I write this to roll back every civil right that was gained by HUMANS that were used for free labor which is what made this country the greatest in the world.

It was known then that the confederates got the cream of the military officer crop. The union got the scraps. Most "good"officers were southern.

Lost me at “cold blooded killers” about 2 min in. They were in a war and if they didn’t kill; they would be killed and I doubt either man actually killed another man.

Jonathan frakes has literally no right at all to call both Lee and Grant cold-blooded killers. That is the furthest thing from the truth.

Pemberton, after the war moved to Atlanta and became a pharmacist. He had ailments from the war. He was working on remedies for it and accidentally created the recipe for Coca-Cola.

Hero? Traitors are not heroes, Skippy McNevergrowup. In fact, what about that one traitor guy that shit on the country and the disgraceful people that turned it into pure feces when they re-elected him? See, THIS story means nothing anymore, bud. These people mean absolutely nothing now. Make that sad effing video.

I visited Gettysburg, studying the battlefield, Picketts charge, little Round Top, the North had the high ground, the confederate troops were sent into a massacre, Lee wasn't himself that day, and certainly didn't have good control of the battle situation,.
Those who want to go on a historical vacation, I'd recommend a visit to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, if you have children it would be a great opportunity to learn about the civil war, there's a lot to see ,do and monumental amounts of history of the civil war, and the way men fell , July 3 rd ,4th 1863 .

It's a shame, this fim cuts the details of their head to head encounter to decide the war.
