Research smart people like Dr JACK KRUSE (neurosurgeon),
Dr DARKO VELCEK and also clue yourself into the CARNIVORE diet.
These guys are, have been, next level for years.

Recommending that people eat more polyphenol-rich foods is my #1 favorite nutritional strategy... Partially because they feed beneficial bacteria like Akkermansia, but also because I get to be the hero who tells them that dark chocolate and coffee are therapeutic 😉

Can we talk about how polyphenols and phytates affect iron absorption? I eat mainly plant based and some wild fish. My ferritin is low and lipids are low. Iron is high. I take turmeric, vitamin c, zinc, d3/k2, elderberry, b complex and magnesium. Seems they all don’t play nice with iron. But they are imperative for optimum health.
