My only New Years resolution was to clean my desk (set realistic goals) and I did that, so I’m slaying that up

little by little yes... I haven't exercised or danced for more than a year. I don't even jog and do short walks.
I joined a dance fitness last night with trained dancers. And boy I thought I was gonna faint. 😅 By the end part of it I wasn't drinking cause I was about to throw up. I survived and I think I'll start jogging now, so next week I'll have more energy. ⚡😊
