It makes sense to eat seasonally.. every spring I feel the urge to consume more fresh whole veggies, it's like my body needs to cleanse & wake up from hibernation. Btw, you could collect all those weeds and ferment them in a bucket with water, compost & beer & and use the liquid to fertilize your garden!

Come spring/summer I guess my body says it needs to rest - I enjoy a khichdi rice (mung dal/rice) with a tadka of cumin seeds and black peppercorn and a touch of ghee. 😊

Supongo que el café indio debe cultivarse en la zona más al norte (la verdad es que no lo sé muy bien),donde el clima subtropical ,las áreas selváticas y la humedad favorecen el crecimiento...conozco el té,pero no el café indio,y su sabor me encanta.

Las cabras engullendo a toda velocidad siempre me hacen reír,son muy cómicas!🤣🐐

Pues yo,últimamente,me he aficionado a utilizar mucho perejil,tanto en ensalada como en sopa; casi me había olvidado de su sabor fresco y aromático; le da un toque muy particular a la comida,me encanta!
(tienes que probarlo: muy económico,fácil de comer,ya que su sabor no es tan intenso como el cilantro,combina bien con cualquier ingrediente y es muy rico en hierro y otros minerales necesarios...te gustará!)👍🌿
Y también hago cada noche pescado al horno,porque,últimamente,la mejoría climática ha favorecido la pesca y la oferta es abundante,variada y bastante económica...estupendo!

Saludos Sho..verduras muchas (tomates, berenjena, pimiento rojo en mi comunidad se gastan bastantes en verano). Por fin ya hace días tenemos fresas. Poco a poco llegaran las cerezas, sandia, melon, ciruelas, melocotones, peras etc, muchas..si es que quieres seguir el ritmo de cada estación del año. Como siempre Nagashaki hermosa.

The vegetables I eat in spring are what ever is growing in my garden- lots of lettuce, spinach, and onions. Broccoli is almost ready now too. I also eat from the store but those are my garden vegetables.
