How to Download Apple CarPlay on Android Head Unit?

Hello! I've recently purchased a new radio that has the Zlink tech, and I can use Carplay without problems using the Bluetooth. But, I don't have the app literally showing up in my screen. I can find the Android Auto app and the Zlink app, but not the Carplay app. That's inconvenient because I can easily enter the Carplay platform but, once I go to the main menu to navigate other platforms of the car radio (like the USB storage), I miss the connection, and I'm not able to go back to Carplay that easly. Do you think you could help me, please? Thank you!

Mine have zlink but it only supports wired/wireless mirroring. Can it support carplay or android auto.

Mine has the zlink but I try to connect and I select the use Apple CarPlay button when it pops up on my phone but it keeps cycling through loading and waiting on the zlink app

I bought a BMW X3 2013 with an android head unit that had ZLINK however it had all the old owner's data on the head unit so I reset the whole thing without thinking and now the ZLINK is not activated - what are my chances ?
