Hi, I have one doubt i have already completed my 3 years work ex in may 😅😅, i know i should have left job before may, i realised i have made blunder,😭 will it affect in too much gdpi in IIM or other good colleges ? And next year in may i will complete 4years, suppose i dont get selected this year and if i m trying for CAT next year. I should leave my job before completion of 4 years right ? Otherwise i have heard that they push students towards executive course. If i will be leaving my job before may next year (in jan or feb 2025) . Isn't it better to leave job right now in this month. Anyways in notice period i will be taking leave and i will get extra time to prepare compared to normal working days. I think i need dedicated 3-4months for giving and properly analyzing mocks.
