This is video 3 of my 5 part video series on the PHUL training program! This series takes place during my training week of June 15, 2020 to June 21, 2020. In this video I review Day 2, the lower power day, of the PHUL training program, along with all of the changes I have made to it. I have included some training footage and yes with commentary as most of you have come to expect from a Top Lifts of the Week training vlog! Be sure to check out the first two videos in this series!
