Knepp castle is a fascinating location! The Restaurant( fabulous food!) and shop at Knepp Wilding Kitchen is wonderful ,selling truly unusual and beautiful crafts . In another location on the estate they have the yoga garden with classes taking place in a yurt in one of the vast fields .A sauna is also situated in the field and for the brave a natural cold water swimming lake! So much to explore and with wonderful walks too! Looking forward to lunch there tomorrow . Thanks for showing your trip to see some of the wildlife! 😊

Try this….put on foot directly in front of the other and look both ways over your shoulder. Sounds easier than it looks. Experts say most people over 50 can’t do it. I can do it, but not for very long. I try to increase the time each time.

I would ask your eye Dr about doing the plank
And other strenuous exercises. For glaucoma people certain things are not good but not sure about
your eye condition.

Hi Suzie 🤗 Another great vlog . Thanks for sharing your exercises. They're similar to some of the yoga asanas I do every morning. Great demo of a plank and tabletops Suzie. I live in amongst trees, and you're right it's wonderful hearing the bird song in the morning. We have a family of wood ducks roosting in our trees that bring joy into our lives as we watch them foraging food during the day. ❤ 🇦🇺 🤗

Hi from Annie you look lovely in all those clothes and that beach is so nice to see here in Adelaide it has been cold wet windy and is dark almost by three in afternoon it is depressing have to put all lights on early too as gets dark inside too in this small place , Your travels in to the nature park is very nice to see as well. i would love some of your energy etc am 66 yrs old and feel 90 gets very lonesome here as my partner mate is in hospital with covid pneumonia and lymph node cancer in his neck I pray he recovers and gets better soon he has been there since the 4th jone and is on strong oxygen to help him breathe better have been together about 25 yrs with my Phillip so please say a prayer for him too. xxx

I say yes to the glitter ball in your dressing room Suzi. We have crystals hanging in the french windows of our living room and when the afternoon/evening sun comes is there are lights dancing all round the room, it is really lovely x

Didn’t know we had storks not to far away. Suzi come to Hampden Park one day we have herons, egrets, swans and we did have Egyptian geese with their goslings but I couldn’t find them the other day so hope they are ok. Loved your outfit to go to Scamp and Dude. Weather very warm now, did go on the beach yesterday and daughter went for a swim in the sea, said it cold but some warm spots. I caught the sun a bit so staying in today and catching up with the vlogs I watch. 😊
