Ответитьhow do you stay in the same spot, im all over the place, i cant do this lol
ОтветитьWish you would make more videos Dave. You had the BEST tutorial on boxer step. I could not figure it out for the life of me, but you broke it down so easily and nicely. Your tutorials are so informative and I miss them.
Do you think your first gen ropes will last for a couple more weeks? I already have the full get fit set but I want the premium first gen set just for collection cause your company makes such great quality products.
dave you are very cool
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьThis is so helpful! Can you do a tutorial on freestyle jumping the Crossrope app kinda shows like a jump side-side but shifting on feet? Can you give a breakdown?
ОтветитьThis person has indicated flaws which I was doing in less than 7 minutes without any other non sense or joke cracking. I wish I had stumbled on this video earlier!
ОтветитьYou sir are superb. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьQUE BUENO SERIA QUE ESTUVIERA SUBTITULADO LOS VIDEOS
ОтветитьI keep tripping got a cheaper rope because this rope your talking about pretty expensive
ОтветитьSecond day these are very helpful
ОтветитьWhat I’m missing is a side view of how you’re holding your arms while jumping.
ОтветитьFinally a basic tutorial for beginners, great job !
ОтветитьThis is great! Thank you!
ОтветитьAnybody else feel seasick after watching this? That cameraman could not keep still.
ОтветитьJust got my roped from Crossrope this week. This tutorial is very helpful.
ОтветитьHi bro.. Getting sore ankles after jumping on the concrete floor for 2 days.. Should we not do 1k at day?.. How many breaks do we need to get...and after how many jumps in a row.. Please advise. Appreciate it...
ОтветитьThis was extremely helpful!!! I’m new and need to learn every detail. Because I really really really want to jump rope but I suck. Trying not to get discouraged. 🥺
ОтветитьJumping for 6 months with a cheap rope.
Just bought myself the get lean set and watched this tutorial and found out i made a couple of mistakes.
This helped me a lot.
Good stuff!
I’m 50 yo. Will Jump Ribe have high impact on knees? I like jump robe to be my main exercise for weigh lost. Should I choose Jump Rope?
ОтветитьI feel like my rope is too long. I'm 5'10" so I purchased the large 9' but it seems too long. Am I missing something not should I have purchased the 8'6" rope?
ОтветитьThis is an excellent tutorial!
ОтветитьDave hunt is the greatest, an elite, the best of the best you always got a supporter in me I’m gonna get some more ropes soon
ОтветитьSo if this is the absolute first time in my life I jump rope, I should start with the heavier one?
ОтветитьMy question is if I’m 5’8” how do I know what size jump rope to get?
ОтветитьSo I’m super new to jump rope. I’m on day 2. The first day I had a super cheap jump rope and had a hell of a time trying to learn this sport. Well I got my crossrope in the mail last night, and I didn’t think spending $80 on a rope would help. Well day 2 was a huge improvement. No doubt I have a long way to go. But a good quality rope helps out a ton. Thanks crossrope!!!!!
ОтветитьJust ordered mine
ОтветитьI just downloaded and used your app. I’m loving it so far!
ОтветитьVery helpful, thanks!
ОтветитьEverything makes sense. Thanks.
ОтветитьI’m a beginner and I really appreciate your helpful tutorials on the basics of jumping rope. I’ve been jumping-or trying to jump since February. Your one pound rope was a birthday present to myself and I like the feedback from that weight(although hitting myself in the head with the rope isn’t one of my favorite moves).
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. I’m a beginner who just joined a 20 day jump rope challenge. I’m 2 days in and I saw your FB page snd started following you. I just learned some great tips by watching your beginners tutorial.
Thank you
Awesome information. I have been struggling with jumping and wish I would have watched this video with the basics first.
ОтветитьI still have those ropes!
ОтветитьThanks 🙏🏾 😊 . Now approve my Facebook request. 😆I bought 400$ for ropes and mat and premium membership. I love the ropes.
ОтветитьThis was SOOOOO helpful🤩🤩🤩🤩💪
ОтветитьThank you for the insight. Got my ropes last night. Got the Get Lean set. Cuz I'm a old fat man. Tried jumping. Could make 3 or 4 jumps then it seems the rope is getting to my feet after I've jumped and touch back down. Timing is off. Should I get the 1lb. rope to help with timing then move to the lighter ropes? Thanks again for the help. Oh, by the way. I'm 60 yrs. old and hate being over grown.
ОтветитьCan I share this to our page?
ОтветитьThis is a great video!, and I have 2 problems trying to learn how to jump rope: I am trying to use a heavy rope, as suggested, but I am not sure if it is the right length for me(I am about 5'10" to 5'11";
I am also not sure I start the right way getting the rope going for the initial jump. I would welcome any advice! Thank you!
Amazing Introduction
ОтветитьHow about I succeed in jumping in time with the rope before I think about technique I haven't done it in 4 years
ОтветитьExcellent video
ОтветитьThe rope doesnt rotate like that for me
ОтветитьI just bought the crossrope. Totally embarrassed that I never learned to jumprope as a kid and have sucked whenever I tried it after. Hoping to use this for fitness.
ОтветитьThis was so articulate.
ОтветитьWould have helped if he had turned his side to the camera and if the video slowed during the jumping so we can observe the jumping in slo-mo.
