Hello sir, I have a query. There has been a change in my name's spelling, like on my birth certificate it is punit however, It was changed to Puneet so, all my official documents (except on the birth certificate) since 10th standard have new name's spelling on it. So, in the SSC form do I have to tick on the name change box as I don't want to have any trouble inregard to my DV.
