ОтветитьI think I teared up a little with the last set of squat jumps 💀 I just returned to exercise 2 weeks ago, and since I used to be able to do this workout with some difficulty but not crazy difficult, I assumed I could jump back into it. Boy was I cray cray! But I finished it all at once and that's all that matters!

ОтветитьNot a bad workout but definitely not Tabata..
This is a moderate intensity circuit workout
TABATA (a form of HIIT) training is 20 seconds of 110% maximum effort work with 10 seconds rest
These excercises don't allow to achieve that level of intensity, think sprinting for you life, or all out jab cross punches to where your heart feels like it's going to jump out of your chest
With True Hiit you shouldn't be able to speak a sentence to anyone let alone conduct a workout with full dialogue
This will burn major calories for sure but your missing out on the true benefits of HiIt which is elevated Growth Hormone, metabolic adaptation and more

There's a point mid way through this video where Ranier Pollard is giving the girls high-fives and I yelled 'I want a high five1' and he turned around and gave me a high-five. It was perfect. Kept me going.
