When you use paint or chalk paints should you always sand and prime? Because on some videos sometimes I see people NOT sanding prior to painting 🤔

Those nightstands are so gorgeous on their own I don't think you could screw it up no matter what you did to them unless you cut off all the intricate details lol. When I saw the black one I was omg how gorgeous and then when you said you were not going to do the mate in black and you picked out that color I almost vomited lol But then you did it and showed it and stunning stunning stunning!

Can you paint high gloss furniture or veneer? We have some expensive baker furniture that is very dark and we will never recover close to that we paid for it. What would you do with this furniture? How do I do it or where can I go to learn? The other question is how can I re poster my panelled headboard without taking it apart? Would you just put a new fabric overtop? How to install? Thanks!!!! Water based poly. Always water based poly. Mod podge and others like it are for small crafts. Mod podge was originally designed for puzzles.
