Dan I’ve been having trouble with one of my yellow belly sliders b grade it’s been a month and I couldn’t tell or see if it’s growing and I’ve had it for a month now is it normal or am I doing something wrong I’m feeding it vitamin d pellets the basking area is fine,it definly has enough space to chill and stuff I don’t know if something is wrong I just haven’t seen it grow a bit

you have to set up all tanks weeks in advance! its called tank cycling and its necessary to avoid killing your new pet(s) with ammonia/nitrate poisoning.

DO A TON OF RESEARCH!! as with every new pet, ofc. shrimp can be very picky and fragile creatures so knowing their diseases, when to quarantine them, their preffered PH, how to do water changes and gravel vaccuming, filtering, substrate, plants, food, tank mates, etc. is necessary !!!!!
