Telecom and tech is not even Ayala's expertise, meanwhile they were many telecom and internet firms tried to enter the Philippine market, instead they were bombarded with hundreds if not thousands of bureaucratic paper documents, which discourage them to invest. The Philippine economy is not even market based economy rather it is operated by very few largest corporations, competition is non-existent, the reason energy, telecom, internet, aviation, healthcare, utilities are not very competitive in terms of pricing, services and simplicity.

ОтветитьGcash isn't consumer friendly - poor customer service, apps loaded w/ ads, and worse still, sneakily making their app automatically tick an option to insure money tranfer for a fee, which many consumer don't motice thereby adding a surcharge for fund transfer. COMPARE it to APPLE PAY.. a world apart...

ОтветитьVery cumbersome app. more time wasted by custoner & cashier compared to paying w/ cash or credit card. Randomly force upgrades even while users is about to pay at the cashier, & on top of that, mandatory ads before & after doing a transaction

ОтветитьA digital banking license means implementing stricter banking controls, which defeats the whole purpose of people availing of their services. The last thing we need is the bank asking for documents like the Inquisition whenever we want to withdraw our OWN money.

You’re profiting too much and yet having a hard time addressing your customers concerns.
