I’m in my 50s and I’m just starting to see prejowls and it irritates me to my soul, but as I’m looking at different people who’s had different types of procedures from bio stimulators to fillers to facelifts it seem you guys seem can not do anything about that loose skin around the mouth not the actual nasolabail folds but the skin immediately to the side of them that extends down into the jowls. No matter who I’ve seen what doctor work I’ve seen nobody can remove that loose skin and that is the biggest irritant for me on my face that loose skin.

YOU WILL SEE RESULTS IF YOU STICK WITH IT.I PROMISE. FACE MUSCLES ARE LIKE ANY OTHER MUSCLES AND WILL TONE UP AND FIRM UP IF YOU WORK THEM OUT. I STARTED A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGO AND MY JOWLS ARE ALMOST ENTIRELY GONE. I CAN'T EVEN TELL I HAD THEM WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR. AMAZING. THE EASIEST THING AND IT WORKS WITH DRASTIC RESULTS, YET HARDLY AND ONE TALKS ABOUT IT.

What is behind the jowl though? Is it excess fat or is it just loosening skin? If it's fat, you surely would not want to add volume with an injection of something. You'd want to burn that fat off (laser/Microneedlingrf??) then tighten up the skin. What am I missing? I have the beginning of jowls. Also I heard sculpta makes scar tissue & THAT is the volume you get, not your own collagen!
