This was hard to watch good God man why would you put the buttermilk in the flour what did you hope to accomplish?

Ok, we can do basically everything he did except I will help you fix the raw chicken and breading situation. First, just pound out your chicken before marinating. The buttermilk thing in the flour is a trick that some people do to get those crazy crispy chunks on the food but do a double dredge instead of the mixture done here. It will help with a better coating. So the fix two problems in this video:

1. Pound your chicken out! You can to make a bigger sammie and it won't be raw.
2. Drop into buttermilk, flour situation, BACK into the buttermilk, and into the flour again! Boom. Crazy crispy chicken.
