Minor quibble - spermidine supplements aren't synthetic (created or modified with chemical reactions). They just take wheat germ, grind it up, boil the mash to dissolve everything water soluble (including the spermidine), then dry the liquid. The process is very simple (one manufacturer calls it "creative"😄), but because of this simple extraction, commercial spermidine supplements contain a lot of other water soluble components of the wheat germ (mostly ornithine).

There is a really good natural source of spermidine.. just hard to swallow

Doesnt spermidine reduce mTOR? And therefore may not always be beneficial for us who wants to build muscle alongside with the longevity perspective. And could spermidine be beneficial for skin/hair health too? When to take?

I suggest everyone not just listen to him, sell a product and look deeper into the research into spermidine. I have to look back, but there were several that I research that showed very small improvement taken over time.. also, it’s very expensive but he’s obviously just trying to sell a product.
