Very nice to look at, not sure how cosy it would feel as an actual home, very beautiful though. The one thing that sticks out to me though is how strongly overlooked the home is, that is unfortunate.

It is one the most beautiful house I've ever seen (the other property I liked was the one located in Colorado). It represents a genius architectural design. It is amazing how the different parts are connected to each other and how the interior of this house is connected to the outside area. The designer has taken care of every single space. I love it. Thank you for sharing this piece of art with us.

How much it cost to dust this property

I prefer this property to the one of $23m. Regardless, all the properties you toured in Las Vegas are 🔥, plus you do them justice.

Its an epic home, for sure. However, for the price I can't get past the fact that your neighbours can see down and into many parts of the property.... that privacy would 100% have to be sorted out

When I got my home in vegas built few months ago(Still building as of writing this comment) the layout, features and everything I can afford, all ideas came from watching Enes videos. I have been a big fan of enes. Funny part was I dont know how to design a home. So I took a screen shot of the land I bought and edited that photo off of my iphone. 😅 i was drawing squares and circles and showed my builder. I showed him all the home tours I have saved from watching these vids.
