ОтветитьUsa más el pie de impulso, cadera y gira los hombros, veo que solo usas el brazo el cual esta desconectado de las caderas, hombros y pie de impulso.
Ответить
ОтветитьDrill 1 and Drill 4 seem similar, both being defensive. Is the main difference that in Drill 4 you need to return with higher trajectory?
ОтветитьGreat drills!!!
ОтветитьI have a few very specific questions. Do you have to practice all the elements every day such as volley smashes, drop shots, slices, serve in tennis wall because you want to have a good feel and control for them. And to do an imitation for every single shot every day to maintain your feel. That's all I do because in the group training we have we don't do all the shots at once. What do you think about that.I hope you will answer.
ОтветитьBE AWARE. MUST READ IF CONSIDERING PURCHASING SUBSCRIPTION.
I recently purchased the VIP membership on their website for $80 usd/month because I wanted access to the VIP video library and to choose 1 free course per month (as advertised).
I was granted access to their basic starter course, where you can view a few video lessons initially but then have to wait for the rest of the course to be unlocked which happens on a 1 lesson per month basis… what a cash grab. Horrendous value.
What’s worse, I was not able to choose a course… which was my main reason for subscribing to begin with. I contacted support to inquire about this… no response. I followed up a few days later… no response.
These guys produce some of the best free content online, without a doubt, but if you’re looking to spend your money on a tennis subscription I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I felt scammed.
Hi, will there be similar clinic there at a later month like June or July?
ОтветитьThanks for the video kuya
