This is stunning gives me shivers thank you will be replaying several times before I listen to all the other Them you have loaded, wow, love Van xo
ОтветитьIt’s nice to see that even stars mess up like when Van came in to early. They’re real people too
ОтветитьVan. Punk as fuck!
ОтветитьIn my Morrison playlist with versions by Lulu and The Fabulous Thunderbirds. Thanks for the upload! Classic!
ОтветитьSonido THEM y nada mas...
ОтветитьThe bass is so great in this, very loud and punchy, like The Who
ОтветитьBritish Invasion van Morrison is the best
ОтветитьBrilliant.
ОтветитьVan was like 15 when this song was released. I wonder how many fans of Them would ever guess what a great poetic genius this young man would become?
ОтветитьAwesome 💯
ОтветитьEven though Van blows the opening verse of the song, the background singers are too far away from the mike and the band's important keyboard play is totally AWOL (looks like his instrument made it to the gig), I still enjoyed watching this. Any chance to see this influential band play live is valued.
ОтветитьI had this 45
ОтветитьMorley Town Hall on a Saturday night with friends Margaret and Paula .Keith and Andy Djs Crikey Moses those were the days.Pkease bring them back.I miss them.
ОтветитьVan is a hardcore mf!
Dudes completely blitzed!
Winnie Wallace...This is very nostalgic .Other than that it's a shambles.Van can just about keep up with the other musicians..Still love it though.
ОтветитьThey probably should have practised a bit more, but still pretty killer.
ОтветитьBilly Harrison..a properly groovy Guitar player.
ОтветитьFu** Yea !
ОтветитьSo too much...
ОтветитьThis wasn't the only reason I really really liked this guy , really. 🇬🇧👍✌️🇺🇲
ОтветитьThe two guys doing the backing need to wear an earpiece their harmonies are all over the place, love this song though, I was 10 when this was released my eldest sister was 15 and played it over and over, great song great times! (did they do ear pieces in the 60's)?
ОтветитьThis is so bad but so good wow Here Comes The Night live!
ОтветитьWhat a ham I love it 💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅
Ответитьthe band messed up at the beginning but it doesn't matter of course because it's an all-time classic track and it's totally awesome
ОтветитьCouldnt sing for shit
ОтветитьThank you so much for posting this gem
ОтветитьVan's Belfast accent comes through very clearly! 'His 'orms' around her...', 'why can't I accept the 'fect'...' etc.
Ответитьlove
Ответитьlove his voice
ОтветитьHard to believe he's from Norn Ireland still after all this time. Fair play to Van Morrison.
ОтветитьSaw Them at the Richland Roller Rink, in Washington State, in summer of 1966. Van was wasted and did the whole show with his eyes closed. He wore a suit that looked like it was made from a shower curtain. Band played quiet and intimate and ... totally awesome. Been a fan for 58 years.
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI was at Essex University at the start of the 1990s. There was a dodgy pub in Colchester town centre that played a wobbly vinyl copy of this on the jukebox. The only good memory I have of that time.
ОтветитьSack the sound man 😅😅
ОтветитьI first heard them in ‘67 while going to school in Madrid, Spain. I was a sophomore in HS at the Torreón Air Force Base, living in the dorm. I was staying the weekend at a friends apt in Madrid, his parents weren’t home. When I was introduced to Them and the Kinks. Hve loved both bands since. The ‘early 60’s Music out of Brit Isles was nothing short of spell binding.
ОтветитьAnti lockdown Van. A real rocker. Not the phony kind.
ОтветитьHappy 79th. Birthday to Van Morrison.!🎂2024-08-31 ❤
☘The best of wishes for many more.!🍰❤
Great year , my birth year lol .
ОтветитьEin phantastischer Song aus meiner Jugendzeit und ich liebe ihn heute noch. 🤩🤩🤩
Ответить❤❤❤ love this song ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьTen riff jest super
ОтветитьBert Berns wrote this song and as far as I know, produced the record, and managed to get Van to do things his way for five minutes. Here on stage, this band which was no doubt gigging all the time, don't capture the sound of the record, though that guitar solo sounds pretty good. Van is his usual meandering self, doing what the hell he wants. Injecting his version of "feeling" which gets up my nose. Everybody else seems to love it though.
ОтветитьBrilliant
ОтветитьBowie"s version was on one of my cassettes.
ОтветитьIt's good that they got better, because here they look, and play, like a high school band at a sock hop.
ОтветитьWinnipeg's own Streatheart did an amazing version of this that became a Canadian hit back in the day. What a monumental song. I highly advise everyone check out the Streatheart version. It's incredible.
ОтветитьWho is the band?
