It's the can do attitude. Start by living in a squat. There is something about the English and their belief in themselves! I went to art college and got my O Levels in knits then I got a job in Milan.

I could not agree more with these comments. I love the reflection of life and living that this home conveys as opposed to the cold and lifeless minimalist homes. Homes should bring a story and this one tells volumes.

For anyone facing the two low kitchen table, i saw that in one home the owners had metal "feet" added to raise the height. Probably not cheap but worth it if it's a special table.
