ОтветитьAll artificial light, especially bluer light is bad before sleep. Even a night light may affect it.
ОтветитьYes forgoing sleep is just harmful. Unfortunately it's atiny bit easier to move sleep later than to move it easier, since the duration is 24.25. The reason for this being longer is moving schedule like seasons and rotation; and the rotation of earth is up to 30 seconds more than 24 hours.

ОтветитьImagine not being able to pull an all-nighter, Ive had to pull multiple all nighters in architecture school and went on 2 hours of sleep a night for week days and weekends on end
Ответитьthis happened to me for a month straight and i fixed it and it got messed up again since i couldnt fall asleep the other day but im pulling an all nighter again and im CONVINCED i can stay up until about 8pm.
ill update you guys if it works. im gonna hang with my siblings so they can make sure i dont fall asleep

T represents the number of hours since the caffeine was consumed. The 6.5 that T is divided by is the average half-life of caffeine, but it could be swapped out for a different number between 5 and 8 if you know that your metabolism is usually faster or slower.
