For three years I haven't known anything about people in Instagram or any other social media. I downloaded Instagram yesterday, nothing has changed. It's the same old vanity fair. I'll stay like this 😊

The life in 70s, 80s and 90s ans till 2010 was beautiful after that the smart mobile and social media cam out and destroy the people.

I deleted all my social media and idk I felt so much better after I did that I think I will stay off from all social media for a long time.

Really good and relatable video ;) I deleted instagram and Tik Tok a few months back. I was glued to my phone at the time, constantly comparing my life to all these other people thinking they have “made better memories than me”, lost my attention span and couldn’t even sit and read more than 10 pages of a book without jumping back on the phone. Also the unexplainable unhappiness/ ungratefulness and lack of motivation that would hit out of nowhere. Lost my interest in reading/ art as I couldn’t even get the concentration to enjoy it. I have gotten so used to not owning these apps anymore that I can focus on my reading (I can read up to 30 pages a day now). I focus on my own life and have a lot more gratitude and make more of an effort with people. I also feel so much more connected to people through meeting up with them in person rather than checking up on them on a Tik tok comment section. If you are thinking of deleting social media, go for it! It’s hard at first adjusting to the change, but it’s the most brilliant feeling being off it and one of the best decisions I have made

you don't realize how toxic social media is, and how dysfunctional your way of thinking becomes in so many ways until you've eliminated them. The problem with this is bigger than ourselves. The problem is that there are literally billions of people in the world just like this. I seriously think that social media is going to bring about an involution in human culture and many other aspects.

....Did you know, I never Downloaded social media? I never had snap chat, Facebook, Instagram, etc.. I didn't download any of those things. and there IS a reason. fun fact about me is that Im 14 now writing this. And ever since I was a kid I despised Facebook and Social meda etc. I wasn't interested in those types I was too busy caring about the next animal jam update and moshi monster event. My family on the other hand, They used Facebook alot. My dad always used the MacBook for Facebook. (aka The gaming Computer for my kid self and my sisters) I always got mad and impatient so I would always stop him from using it so that I can play animal jam or Watch the newest Minecraft Pixel paint. I neved really saw the point of using it. And Im still not using it.. and let me tell you. Life without any of those things.. Are amazing..Is beautiful and its Magnificent you find the most “simplest” outfits the beautiful, the most “Kid like” oufits amazing.. Why? Because no one's gonna think about you if you don't use social media! You aren't restricted you don't have to keep thinking every second about a person's comment.. No! You find your own opinions and interests.. So You are free...

I got rid of Snapchat 7 months ago and instagram almost a month ago and just deleted TikTok yesterday and I’ve never felt so much better!! It’s so peaceful and I have more time for myself! 🙌Loved the vid and God bless you!!
