The Real Advice Every Options Trader Needs To Hear in 2024

Great video! i am a swing trader who trades options. I usually trade on a four hour chart. My stop is uaslly 50% of the premium depending on the instrument. My MA are 8-13-21. What lower time frame would you recommenf to help manage and or get out of my trades? I have been using a 1H time frame. Thoughts?
