I've been a vegetarian 21 years and am so happy to hear that it's easy to be plant-based there! Would love more videos about this, especially from the various cities you visit. Trump did not speak badly about Mexico. Only about Mexicans, crossing the border illegally, particularly drug infested illegals. Mexico has in fact had a terrible reputation because of the media, long before Trump held office.

I’m moving in a few hours- born and raised in NYC and although I got my Mexican citizenship and speak Spanish,….I’m worried of standing out for the wrong reasons.

Cere humida is great in the USA it absorbs moisture and oders in the air. I purchase this from dollar tree mositure eliminator with charcoal. I live in NYC the MX people are quiet and extremely family oriented they are nice people and thank God never had an issue with anyone from the culture. They work hard and natural hustlers( this is not a negative) always finding ways to make money for themselves and their families.

I am so HAPPY you mentioned that people should move away from that mindset that people in MX should know english. Learning a 2nd language is beneficial in the long run. You learn your native language a little more hwen you learn another language.

Yeah i hate the humidly thats why im retiring in Jalisco the state with the best weather . Trust me I lived in Cali near the beach and the humidity is nothing compare to the southern beach areas in Mexico it’s way-overrated😅.

Sadly, how the US makes Americans feel unsafe overseas and I am usually safer overseas than at home.

You make a good point that Americans moving to Mexico need to learn Spanish. I’ve been snow birding to Mexico since 2022 and my Spanish is still not good enough. However, I will say that “English” is widely spoken around the world and as a native English speaker you can get by. But, if you want to immerse yourself in the culture, then learn the native language.

yes its better to give yourselve the opportunity to know mexico and other countries on your own...here in the us you hear talking bad about other places when its also another lie as they did with mexico!

Mexico is not Los Angeles ,abusing mexicans and getting away with it! they dont have to speak english in their home, so show some respect the golden rule and be polite when visiting a foreign country!

You are so right on. I have been to Carbo, PV, Istapa, Cancun, Lake Chapala and I have met the nicest people from Mexico.

I was fortunate to visit Mexico on a study abroad and I stayed there for one month (2007). It was beautiful and I was a strict vegan at the time and it was so easy for me to find food. We stayed in Cuernavaca and travelled to other cities including Mexico City. I would definitely like to live there.

There is a term for how Americans think the U.S. is the center of the world and everyone should learn English. It's called egocentrism. Here around Houston, the majority of my friends are Latin. Even if you speak broken, half-azz Spanish, Latin people appreciate the effort and will embrace you...

This young lady is 100% on track. I speak Korean, some Japanese and German and one of the things I constantly told my soldiers was to try and learn some of the language. It changes everything.
