Ответить2 years ago I was at 283 and I went down to 264 thanks to Team Project. Then I had a baby. Now I am 295 and I am ready to lose this weight again. They are a great team. Mentally I want ti be were I left off but I can't. I have to slowly work my way up again. These 10min videos are perfect for me to start.

ОтветитьYou guys, I was really worn out tonight and didn't want to work out. I convinced myself to still workout with you guys tonight because I need to show up for myself. I decided to find a shorter one and landed on this. A few mins in I was already having so much fun and got that burst of energy. So happy I showed up for myself. I'm hoping to get on the membership with ya'll soon. I just love you guys so darn much🧡

ОтветитьHey Guys! When are you going to do another 10 min one like this? Its energising and motivating! Love the boxing and the dancing and the cheerleading. I especially like to do it after a walk or qijong or just for no reason.

ОтветитьStarting this sunday for my 30th Birthday challenge. I challenged myself last July on my 29th birthday that I would lose 100 lbs before I turned 30, and this will be the third time Ive had to do this due to health issues. Going to do this every single day. Ive got 50 lbs down so far, and have absolutely crashed in my fitness. My birthday is July 14th, will update this comment then! wish me luck!

ОтветитьJust getting back into training after a back injury and changes at work that have me mostly sitting three days a week. I know how to lift weights but I've gained 20 lbs and feel pretty deconditioned. I live in an apartment so this is perfect.

Got a little messed up in the punchy things, started doing the smack that a$$ thing.
I figured that I was still moving and it made me laugh sooooo.....

Ответить1. This is a great short work to lower blood sugar. It was 170 before at @2am and I did this video and it dropped into the 130’s after just 10 min. I have reactive hypoglycemia which makes it drop quick with cardio exercise. 2. When I first started doing this video a few months back very inconsistently I couldn’t even finish the workout but I just did the whole thing through. 3. I am so happy to see the progress for myself and happy I have this video to help control my glucose levels. I have actually done this video at work in my office to lower my glucose level. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ответить10 minutes low impact means i really dont have any excuses. I literally just did this in my pjs first thing in the morning. More low impact 10 minutes please so I can motivate myself and at least do SOMETHING

Short format, low impact, and something where I'm more focused specifically on movement more than correct form....this is exactly what I need right now. If you made another short format video, I would use it regularly!
