It was 2019 though when things took off! 1 video in April went viral on LinkedIn. Over the next 4 days he grew his connections by 20,000 and couldn’t believe the reaction.

Now Mark is being invited to events, winning business from inbound clients around the world and is now in a position to dream of bigger growth!

In this episode he tells the truth about his lack of strategy and gives some practical tips for recruiters anywhere to adopt.
