Also, some people open windows and turn on heaters etc. rather the automatic once with temp regulator might be easier (might be costly but lesser maintenance). The opening of window doors etc.

The bottom line is when it is not personal, additional visual aids, for public usage simple operation and less maintenance could be the best thing to avoid extra costs.

I disagree with the outsourcing part. We should learn to outsource unimportant and to an extent even important things. It is a hard skill to learn, but the skill of delegating things to someone else is absolutely worth it.

I left Airbnb end of 2019 luckily and was earning around 6k on a single room in a rented apartment. Luckily i didn’t have any problems with guests and my only one time investment was 1000€ for furniture. Airbnb is a nice Investment if it wasn’t for Pandemic. I hope your Airbnb picks up quick once the pandemic is over.

You can also arrange marriages at your house, which my friend is also doing is lucrative. Guests stay at your house and getting married just outside in the beautiful island.

"Don't rely on anybody else other than yourself". What you really need to do is to find people you can trust (they exist, I promise). That's the only way to really be able to scale... and life is more beautiful when you trust others.
