Autopak's Top Selling Machines

Here is a quick overview of our best selling machines. We supply to most major industries in the UK, Europe and even further afield. Autopak can also handle the majority of products into flexible and rigid packing.

The first two machines are designed to handle Valve Sacks. These are usually for powders ranging from very lightweight to a 5mm aggregate. They are force-fed systems that can run at a relatively high speed.
The Turbo packer is a standalone system that can be manually operated and automation can be easily added to take the pressure off of operators.
The AP-4000 Integral Turbo Packer is an upgrade on the standalone system with full automatic bag placing, sealing and removal. These systems are best paired with robot or low-level palletising to add full automation to your production line.

We are seeing a huge growth in the premade pouch packing market, or Doypacks. As customers want to premiumise their offering and move away from pillow sacks. Both of these systems are perfect for granular products such as coffee beans, sweets, nuts and seed, powders like sugar, salt or spices, and liquids such as sauces, soups or even shampoos.
Our Rotary Doypack machine can pack up to 2kg packs (granular, powder or liquid) at a speed of 30+ packs per minute. This include printing, opening, filing, closing and sealing each pack without any operator intervention.
The Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine is the perfect entry level system to bag packing, using a flexible film it forms fill and seals pouches with your product. We can specify the system to suit a range of products from 10g up to 25kg. The speeds do vary depending on the product and weight.
