During the Monaco Yacht Show we had the pleasure of exploring 46m Mystic, the 2010 CMB Yacht that is presented for sale in wonderful condition following a major refit. She has recently confirmed a price reduction of €1.75 million, bringing her price down to €9.75 million, and is available for viewing in San Remo.

Exterior Design & Engineering
MYSTIC was built in 2010 by CMB Yachts and underwent a major refit of all interior and exterior spaces. Amongst the updates, her gym was transformed into a sixth cabin, and she presents in wonderful condition.

Powered by dual MTU 12V2000M72 engines, each boasting 1450hp, this 45.95-meter luxury superyacht cruises at 10/11 knots and has a top speed of 16.

Amenities
There are plenty of sociable spaces on the MYSTIC motor yacht. Her expansive main salon emanates a warm, inviting atmosphere with plush cream sofas encircling a gleaming coffee table. Adjacent to this space lies a sophisticated dining table, setting the stage for elegant and memorable meals. Sliding glass doors connect the main salon to the aft deck, where you’ll find an alfresco dining table and a large sofa.

The sun deck of the MYSTIC yacht is expansive and varied. You can unwind in the Jacuzzi or lounge across the sun pads that fan around it. If you need a spot of shade, head amidship and hop on one of the stools at the sit-up bar while you cool down with a refreshment. As the sun starts to set, head forward to the exterior lounge and rest your cocktail on the coffee table while you watch the sky change colour.

Interior Design
The interior of the MYSTIC yacht was designed by Birgit Schnaase with a classic palette of creams and navy accents.

Up to 12 guests can be accommodated across six cabins on the MYSTIC yacht. There are two full-beam owner’s suites with king-sized beds and his and hers bathrooms with a rain shower. The bridge deck owner’s suite boasts its own office with a double desk and sofa, a powder room and access to a semi-private terrace.

The rest of the guests will sleep on the lower deck in two queen-sized doubles, each with a sofa, desk and built-in closet, and two twins with desks and drop-down televisions.

There’s space to accommodate a crew of 10, with accommodation comprising a captain’s cabin and four crew cabins.

Toys & Tenders
The MYSTIC yacht for sale is complemented by a 5.49-metre RIB. She also comes with an array of impressive toys that include paddle boards, WaveRunners, Seabobs, water skis, a wakeboard, and an inflatable dock.
