Try to reset the settings under Output module using the default H.264 settings (and check audio) after you have added the composition to the render queue.

If you have the full version there should be a H.264 option somewhere, but yes, you can always you .avi or anything else really and recode it afterwards using other software like XMedia Recode.

Is there anyway that I can change just the lion in the circle to another video or picture of my choice?

Is it possible to change the lion head by a gif file or something else? 

I was trying to open the MGM.aep in Sony Vegas, but for some reason(I must have clicked something wrong)it keeps trying to download in Photoshop CS6.  I deleted the file, and re-downloaded, but it continues to try and open in photoshop, which it can't.  Is there anyway to direct it to Sony Vegas?
