It’s the first big food shop of 2025, and I’m taking you along! In this vlog, I share how we shop, eat, and plan as a family of four. We’re not making any drastic changes this January as we’ve found a way of eating that works so well for us.

I’ll chat about our food philosophy—healthy fats, lots of fresh whole foods, minimal carbs, sugar, and processed foods. This way of eating helps balance my hormones, keeps me feeling full and satisfied, curbs cravings, and supports my mental health.

I’m also doing Dry January this year and will be sharing a great alcohol-free wine we’ve found that helps keep things fun and festive even without the booze!

I’ll share everything we’ve bought on the shop, how much we spent, and the meals planned for the week ahead. To wrap things up, I’ll show you how I make a delicious low-carb moussaka that’s a family favourite!
