Hi Anna. Watching from the country near Stony Plain,Alberta. We had a week of -20c with morning snow and you betcha the baking was in full swing. Overnight it warmed up to +3 and the only treat I got done was matrimonial cake. Tomorrow the plan is to make your chocolate date cake and melting moments. Haha there seems to be a theme going on here. Thanks for the recipes, tutorials and the inspiration. ❤️🇨🇦

Is the Apple ciders all about the leavening? Because i don’t have access to it I only got Apple juice with out filtering
