Beautiful Neighborhoods 🎉
ОтветитьJust found this channel, love it already ! Live in Walnut Hills - thinking about moving to East Walnut Hills, North Avondale, or Mt Adams! Think you can do some videos on those ? :)
ОтветитьHamilton Country also has very high property tax; half of my mortgage payment is tax and insurance.
ОтветитьI'm surprised Mt Lookout isn't on this list.
ОтветитьI was thinking about moving to Cincinnati because I work in Montgomery but I’m to poor to afford living there
ОтветитьI’m read to sell my home and buy an rv to live in
ОтветитьRight by Blue Ash....Deer Park. Love it here!
ОтветитьNot far from me, PETER FRAMPTON lives there! 😮
ОтветитьMt Adams=atrocious streets and parking, Hyde Park=expensive, overrated old houses with old house problems, Wyoming=abuts Lockland, roll ‘em up. The Westside isn’t represented. WTF?
ОтветитьI'm surprised Amberley village isn't on the list. The locals always talked about it as a high income area in the early 2000s.
ОтветитьAnything in the Sycamore School district area, like Montgomery or Blue Ash,is bad.The school district knows you have a bit of money, and they want it.Poroperty taxes are ridiculous.Look for better options.
ОтветитьMason is not in Cincinnati or even in the same county. 🤦🏻♂️
ОтветитьI have lived in almost all those places she mentioned in Cincinnati and I can say Wetherington in West Chester is the best place. 30 minute drive to Cincinnati
ОтветитьDrove through Cincinnati 20 years ago, and never looked back. Good luck there.
ОтветитьWhy wasn't West Chester on this list? High end estates and Lakota schools. Lakota Hills is the higher end of this area. In fact, these homes are up in the high end and into the early millions up to 5 mill & maybe more by now, in 2024. Much more wealthy neighborhood area than Mariemont and Wyoming for sure. There is a plethora of beauty there - breath-taking scenic views and was a bucolic oasis when I grew up there. BUT - this town is also known for its political corruption, Satanic cults and many child abusers (p-files). Is that why you left it off the list? Oops - sorry there - did I tell too much truth on the wrong kind of channel? Or maybe helped some parents steer clear.....!
ОтветитьAnderson Township should have made this list too - they have wealthy area there in league w/ Madeira and Mariemont. I do love Mariemont so much though due its homey-cozy nostalgic feel/vibe. Great restaurant I love there - Quarter Bistro. Great food and ambiance too but too pricey. Still, love the little area out front w/the fountain and courtyard. Very charming place.
ОтветитьIndian hill is number 1
ОтветитьYou forgot Union Ky a suburb of cincinnati
ОтветитьThanks mam most important points explain
ОтветитьMt. Adams.. No McMansions and for urban living, there is nothing like it...
