ОтветитьHere's a thought. If the operator hasn't bothered to train the crew how to manage the onboard service, imagine how much effort they've put into their emergency procedures training. I suspect in an evacuation you would be pretty much on your own!
ОтветитьService is really bad, crew all over the place, arguing with you when clearly they gave you the wrong salad. Not good.
Drink order should be taken before you got your appetiser, and writing it down on a notebook like that just screams amateur.
3-4 hours into the meal and crew is walking around chilling in a leisurely pace thru the cabin. Where the heck was the purser hiding , service failure can stem from lack of leadership too.
They didn’t apologise to you re the cancelled the second service.
Run and do not waste your money on Global, I guess

The manager you interviewed in the beginning, where did he work before? I always fly economy with Lufthansa and the service is faster than what you see here, usually before they reach cruising altitude they come around to give you a drink (same for Swiss and Austrian) and then they come around with the meal. Between the meal and the snack they come around with ice cream at Swiss and at LH, LX AND OS there is always an open bar with snacks and soft drinks and wine (white and red) if you want strong drinks you can ask for it and at Swiss there are also sandwiches with grisson meat and an open bar. Then a small snack or breakfast depending on whether you are flying to the US or coming back from the US. If economy is already good then the C-class and F-class will be excellent and outstanding at LH, LX and OS.

ОтветитьI just watched Noel's review of the first class seat. He got a pod, but no pajamas or slippers. Seems like you got more amenities but less privacy than him, which confuses me on why they decided to do it that way.

Ответитьthere's a bee's dick between global airlines and some dodgy carrier in central africa. glwt. these kids are delusional. when the most successful and brilliant minds can't make this model work, it's for myriad good reasons. this isn't being a contrarian genius, it's "put the crack pipe down, take your meds, and do some basic maths". even if they received these knackered planes for free, just updating them to deliver on the experience promised would bankrupt them.

ОтветитьI don’t understand why it took them so long to begin their service. That service should’ve begun once they leveled off. Only 90 PAX. No excuse. The carrier that operated that flight has been in business since 2005.

ОтветитьHi Josh, thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I just want you to know that I’m a corporate flight attendant and I’m ready to retire. I fly for Conoco Phillips in Alaska . And I just figured out some crazy safety stuff. I have flown almost 7,000,000 miles in my career. I’ve never had to evacuate an aircraft. I’ve had a lot of crazy things happen in the air with people ….some very memorable things of course. but it’s just amazing to me how safe our aviation industry is. I don’t know if you want to incorporate that in your videos … it doesn’t really matter. I just wanted to pass that on.

ОтветитьWell, I went on the Global X inaugural (dba Red Way) a couple of years ago and guess where they are now LOL! This flight was at least fun, though : ) I might film the Starlux inaugural out of Phoenix next year.
