Like I said in another post, the moment Kate said, "send it to me," she's acknowledged the photo was real. Yes, the photos are deleted after a period of time, but they can still be screenshotted. Kids screenshot photos all the time. Also, according to the nameless source (which comes across as very authentic to me), Kate told him that she and Jagger had hooked up several times. The way today's hookup culture is, that's totally believable to me. Actually the correct spelling of her name is Cuneo but it's pronounced Cuno. The newspaper got it wrong....which they do quite often, in my experience.

Here's something to think about if the picture wasn't sent out to begin with by Kate then how could anybody send her proof of the picture. If it didn't happen like she's claiming then why would she ask for somebody to send her a picture for proof.

If that truly was Kate Cuno replying back to him than this definitely comes off as an admission of guilt. If she wasnt/never has had a relationship with him like that than their absolutely wouldn't be a photo. You wouldn't say "their shouldn't be" unless you know it could be within the realm of possibility.
