Hello, I am trying to get a supervisor job within the company I work for currently, but I have no background in supervising. Could I get a some more tips for someone who is unexperienced in the hiring position. The area I work in is Supply Chain and current position I'm in is Material Planner, and the Supervisor position is also in Supply Chain
