I take it ,your speaking of the Diddy trial , However with all that said ,There's à whole lot of mistakes that can occur in the Judicial, better yet have occur in the Judicial system, So they have to be address with Impartiality, and effective assistance, and justice ;,Rightnow since Doge open up its can of worms on the public, There's illégal government funding, lawyers, Judges being purnished for unethical behavior, there hasnt ever been so such Government, lawyers Judges handing résignation, being Disbarred because of misconduct, I believe your only treated fair if your lawyer is definitely working for you , and the judicial isnt partial if you dont have those 2 things , Then theres a list of wrong thinks that will happen like à malice prosecution the door is open for unjust/injustice, So we can go back when there was no DNA or forensics , nor surveillance, You had à Court System full of purjury ,with judicial bias ,prejudice again Partiality ,your Judge jury and prosecution was à voice of false allégations.
