ОтветитьThank you Chris 💎💎. Wisdom for my day.
ОтветитьAnother piece of golden content!
ОтветитьLove this topic
Ответитьthis is masterpieces,,, 💞💞
ОтветитьYou know what Chris!! You are Amazing 💗
Ответитьheadphones with hats never worked and will never work...sorry grandpa.
ОтветитьLoved the video!
I wish to suggest to avoid using background music, as I see it as a serious educational video and not infotainment. Especially towards the end when all points are shown in summary, the music gets louder that actually distracted me from revising the points in my mind.
I would also suggest interacting more with the audience. E.G. You could say, "Read these points out loud" and many viewers would do it.
God these short videos are where its at! Its hard to commit to 20-45 min videos sometimes.
ОтветитьYou know, most times people are so used to fast-paced conversations that when they see someone who slows it down to communicate transparently, it's surprising. Not forcing myself on people does the trick. I'm only here to know what your needs are and to help you. If we aren't a good fit, that's fine. If we are, that's great.
By the way, whoever added that beat at the background, Ricky or Jona, please keep it coming! 🔥
Thank you! Love this. Love you.
ОтветитьI respect employees so much when they find someone who knows a product better. Who searches for the right answer. Do that!
ОтветитьAnother great piece of content. I love seeing these bite sized bits of information (and the long-form After Hours series). Incredible job making something big and scary much more manageable. Thank you!
ОтветитьChris have you gone plant based? You look positively glowing. Kindness from Cape Town x
ОтветитьEverytime I watch video's from TheFutur, it feels like I'm gaining knowledge and understanding on what matters. Also show you great clarity and insightfulness. (even in the comments sections)
ОтветитьAnother free master class... !!
Man I got sooo much from this!
Thank you Chris & team!!
Stay well 🙏🏼
I can't wait to continue learning this. Thank you for this content!
ОтветитьDon't ask "what do you want", instead ask "what have you done" questions. You get insights which you can then confirm or the client will react by saying "no that's not..."
ОтветитьThis video is what I need.
ОтветитьLove it. Some selling advices are about preventing prospects to think but act fast. I hate it, as client and entrepreneur. It might be good for one shot sells but still. I definitely like better this relationship building
ОтветитьYou shall also focus on the topic "if we trust our clients". What happens when the clients are evasive and opaque? I always have a bad feeling on these type of works and I always prove myself right. Many, many obstacles in the way in working with these people.
ОтветитьThank you so soooo much Chris, I've been following you for 2 week and I already love your passion 🙏❤️
ОтветитьFeel i can also even use this on myself if trying to decide over a big direction! Creating trust twds my own self and innerguidance to share and be listened too as well... Such a valuable practice!! Thank u for sharing! <3
ОтветитьInformative
ОтветитьGreat approach. I use a similar approach when trying to develop solutions for what is considered grand problems.
Small questions to generate “improvement opportunities or quick wins that can impact a grand problem, strategy or goal. Keep up the great content as is relatable to areas beyond marketing.
Hi!
I totally agree with you on this, and this is my business policy to provide good services to my clients and this is only possible if you are good in communication and fully understand what your client is demanding. Honestly if I have some confusion understanding or if I don't understand my client demands, I straight away don't accept to take up the project which leave positive vibes on my client. The is the best strategy to win customer's trust and winning trust is utmost, not only in business but in all the fields in life.
why does this cool video has less view?
Ответитьi have been talking with this prospect for like 3 days now and i pretty much know so many details about her biz now that she's about to launch in 5-7 weeks. we also talked a lot about her personal life. i wonder if she'll trust me enough to hire me as her brand identity designer. hoping 🙏 wish me luck Chris
ОтветитьI love your personal style and fashion sense
Ответить“So they ask lots of questions without forcing you to make big decisions …” is the most powerful statement I’ve heard recently. Thank you, Chris. :)
ОтветитьA logo client complained that I asked a lot of questions, she said the designer she previously worked with only asked her for the name of the company then designed 3 logos and asked her to choose the one she liked best.
Ответитьi took longggg time for the empathy exercise 🥺 like i do not know what ways people should be asking me ☹️ i have a friend, who is really good at this. always wonder, how come she get the skills 🤧
ОтветитьA lot of these tacticts I actually heard from "Never split the difference"-Chris Voss (25 years of FBI hostage negotiator)
It's a good sign when these tactics and useful tools are used in businesses.
Make the world better place 💙
so rhat is why i got close my first client easy, now i saw the biggest impact i had on them was when i was interested to know, what kind of people they are
Ответитьlets put ourselves in other persons shoes
ОтветитьThis music!!!!
ОтветитьMan Chris is definitely one of my online mentors this dude thought process is amazing
ОтветитьThanks for the content
ОтветитьHi, I don't know if you would reply but I have some questions. What kind of questions do you ask to a prospect, a stranger before presenting a service for them?
ОтветитьThis was a soothing experience that makes me feel like he has good intentions for the futur
ОтветитьI told my girlfirend that only me and couple of my friends were at the club and i lied.. there were two girls who i didn’t speak at all but i just told her that we were alone for her not to worry and to go to sleep peacefully. Her friend alse went to that same club that night and saw us with those 2 girls and off course told her…she asked me multiple times in a spam of few week who was in that club at our table and i just wanted for her to trust me that we were alone but she knew the truth…
Yesterday we had conversation and she told me she had no trust in me, that she stills love me but doesent trust me.. i feel very very very sad.. any tips on gaining her trust again?
Perfect!
ОтветитьThanks, man. I really learnt you need to be transparent, patient and kind when you communicate with the client. Keep uploading videos like this
