Srila Prabhupada Appearance Day Celebrations 2024

The day after Janmashtami, on Nandotsava, is the appearance day of our beloved Founder-Acharya, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.

Srila Prabhupada gave millions of people the inspiration to chant the holy names of Krishna. He opened over 108 temples around the world, translated over 70 volumes of Vedic literature, and initiated over 10,000 followers. ISKCON continues to grow today, and as the founder-acharya, Srila Prabhupada plays a central role in the life of all devotees. We know that without Srila Prabhupada's courage and his unmotivated love and compassion, we would not have had the opportunity to intimately serve Krishna in such a favorable environment as ISKCON.
