This was the song that turned me on to you guys 5 years ago. It is as moving now as it was then. The lyrics are a powerful picture of our Loving Father and Perfect Son, that is incredibly tangible. Thank you guys for this.
ОтветитьWaiting for their next album!!!
ОтветитьPraise the God from whom all blessings flow! He did condescend and he was raised to life for us all!
ОтветитьSo rad! This is still one of my favorite songs on this album! Rad bit with Levi! I love you guys! Such a powerful message!
ОтветитьThis was really cool to see Levi the poet on
Ответитьlistening this song in va facedown sampler 2010 year! One of best songs of decade
ОтветитьUnexpected. But good.
ОтветитьI don't understand how this is a remix; it sounds basically the same as the original version - just with a different vocalist for the one verse (which was frankly not as good as the vocalist on the original version, to be honest)...
ОтветитьPerfection.
ОтветитьGlory to Christ our Savior for the gifts Hes given you all to create music like this. I gave up secular music and this is why. God Bless
ОтветитьGreat song
ОтветитьAwesome Song.
ОтветитьPerfection
ОтветитьBeen listening to this band since Yet and every album is an absolute masterpiece. Lyrically and musically honoring to God. Also I saw that clip of you guys at Gibson’s donuts in Memphis. Yes! Hahah
ОтветитьSIMPLY INCREDIBLE ~
ОтветитьA million times over this song wrecks me.
ОтветитьPlay at 1.25 to unlock "Thrice Mode"
ОтветитьI just listened to this song and it blowed my mind😳
ОтветитьPowerful.
ОтветитьI absolutely love this song and I’m pumped at the re-release. Thank you...this song crushes me, especially as we look to Easter. God bless you My Epic...may He continue to bless all you put your hands to.
ОтветитьThis song is so powerful! So sick a “loving god” would force this upon his only son to go through. I used to think it was a testament to Jesus’s love for me now I can only pity him for having to go through this at the behest of his father
ОтветитьMan, I don't know how I am just hearing about this! This had my wife and I in tears. I'm a huge fan now!
ОтветитьThis is the first time I heard this song. I just want to say that when I was a kid/teen growing up in the Assembly of God church in the 2000s I wish I had heard more music like this. Music like this did exist back in the day but it scared the hell out of the older/mid life and older Assembly members. To any youth pastor that reads this: do understand your battle is showing that there is godly music that is an alternative to modern ungodly music.
ОтветитьSo powerful. Thank you guys.
ОтветитьThe first metal song that makes me cry 😭. And the only Savior that makes me free! Blessed be His name!
ОтветитьWhat idiotic singing by levi the poet
ОтветитьYou guys came to Murray Hill Theatre in Jax Fl maybe 13 to 15 years ago. I was playing in a band called Red Letter Bullet and got to meet you guys in between sets. Y’all don’t know the impact you guys had on me. You are one of the only bands that I actually saw Christ in and it convicted me and made me want to be more like you guys. Thank you guys for your life changing music and living what you sing. You will never know this side of eternity all the seeds that you are planting in peoples hearts like mine. God bless you guys, and rock on! 🤘🏻
ОтветитьI seriously just got filled with the Holy Spirit listening to this song!!! All their music is powerful, but the Glory of God is on this one, absolutely beautiful and glorifying!! JESUS!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьWhat this song does for me I simply cannot put into words, just downright amazing song, lyrics and visuals. Start every morning off with this song.
ОтветитьThis is the first song I heard from y'all. I've since lost my faith but not my love for your music.
ОтветитьJust wow. That was such a good video. 🔥🔥🔥🙏🏼
ОтветитьLove this band but Levi is too pretentious for me. Like way too pretentious. I can't get jiggy with spoken word. I'll stick to the original but thanks anyways.
ОтветитьWhen the Gospel stands out more than the band… 🤝
ОтветитьI love this song and I'm not even slightly religious personally. Much respect, very heartfelt and powerful.
ОтветитьTrue worship song!
This should be played at Easter in EVERY CHURCH....EVERYWHERE!!!!
i remembered listening to these guys on pure volume and not telling anyone about them. this band was like my secret haha. "men in little houses" was my all time fave
Aaron was the main reason why I also bought the cathedral reverb pedal because he uses it.😂
Great song
ОтветитьSo amazing
ОтветитьI believe this is the most recent I can find of My Epic ... are you guys still active? Can anyone who knows comment on this, pls?
ОтветитьSuch a great song, will always be on the playlist.
ОтветитьI absolutely love this!!
ОтветитьEpic song
ОтветитьThis is arguably the best written song ever.
ОтветитьHoly moly this song is incredible!
ОтветитьIncredible lyrics. Jesus is humility personified.
ОтветитьYour music has allowed the transformation from one “TOOL” to you. god is good He is strong. He has been transforming my life and your music is edifying to Him and definitely me.
Please bring new tunes. I know I am late to the game but your music has impacted me enough to add your entire library to my iTunes library.
God bless.
Much respect
These words! THE TRUTH IN THESE WORDS! Every time I listen to this song, I cry out in worship! What Jesus did for us!!!! WOW!!!!!!
ОтветитьWoke up before church and listened to the original and cried and then the remake and cried again.
“who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Philippians 2:6-11
