Air Fryer Cherry Crisp for Two (Gluten Free and Corn Free)

Today we're making gluten free and corn free cherry crisp for two! This recipe comes together really quickly and bakes up in just 15 minutes when using the air fryer. I'm using home canned cherries in apple juice, but you could use canned cherries in syrup and thickening it with tapioca starch. The topping is made with oat flour and rolled oats.
