Jeffree's wealth insulates him enough from the persecution the rest of us queer people are going to face, but I'd bet money that once Trump's stupid tariffs start impacting the production costs for his cosmetics and his business keeps dropping as prices for consumers rise, he's gonna start feeling the consequences of his actions and try to get back in people's good graces. He's always been motivated purely by money and personal gain.

As for Eugenia, I'm not surprised she's just following along with whatever Jefree's opinions are. Being raised in the environment she was, she's always been the kind of person isn't able to think for herself. She clearly sees Jeffree as an authority figure who will fight her battles for her, which imo is especially appealing to her after having gone through so many controversies in recent years. her avoidant approach to issues she was confronted with never did her any favors, and now she's got Jeffree to come clap back at her haters, so she's clamoring for his approval at every turn. It's pretty pathetic. Part of me does feel bad for her, because at the end of the day she's the product of a supremely dysfunctional upbringing and she's been very sick for a very long time, but at this point I think people need to stop making excuses for her. Lots of people who have had terrible childhoods and suffer from chronic mental and physical illness are far better people than she is. She's not some innocent child, she's an adult woman making more money than most people by doing a fraction of the work, and she should know better. She needs to take some responsibility for like. literally anything at all. I have sympathy for the fact that she's unwell and was failed by her parents, but that's where my sympathy ends for her.
