I think title says 50 000 people that assumption is wrong it’s more than 100k per day people fed for free ..

I would like to request something from the Sikh community here. Guru Nanak Dev Ji has taught us the principles of sharing food and doing sewa (Kirat kro, naam japo te vand chakko). Although I am from the Hindu community, I am eager to contribute to sewa in gurudwaras by assisting in the preparation of langars or serving kadha prashad. I am curious whether they would permit me to participate in making langar or serving kadha prashad, activities typically carried out by Sikhs. Kindly inform me if my participation would be accepted.

I live in Arizona, an Indian restaurant opened where I live and I was so stoked, I’ve spent astronomical amounts of money there, the chicken tikka Marsala and garlic naan are incredible. I almost always ordered it through door dash but went in myself one day. It was empty and the owner told me it’s almost always empty, and that he may have to shut down. I asked him how that’s possible because I know very well that the food is amazing, and he told me that, and I’m not sensationalizing this, he was told by others who tried to get other locals opinion about the restaurant and if they’d eat there, and many of them said they would never because they think Indians handle food in an unsanitary way, and that they’re unsanitary people overall. Some even threw out the holy grail of ignorance; “they wipe their ass with their hands!”.
This man’s restaurant is the pinnacle of sanitary food handling, the place is spotless, and the kitchen can be seen in its entirety, it also is very clean.
I don’t like the stories people love to post to call out racism and make themselves look so holy, I believe many see rampant racism in America because they look for it, but this was a real example of a community not giving someone a chance because of racism. And it sucks dude, I fuckin love their food.
The reason I post this is I love that this video highlights that they cook 50,000 meals in this kitchen, and they do so while minding clean food handling very closely.
Try your local Indian restaurant, or any middle eastern restaurant, I promise you’ll be hooked. I’ve not once gotten sick from their food, but you know what did get me sick just 7 months ago? A hot dog I got from circle k.

Panjabi or sikhs are fighting for their own sovereignty, we are slave in so called indian dictatorship. how can anyone expect something free of cost from starved india, who’s own 70 million people everyday struggle to eat two times ( morning and evening) they are not sure about their evening meals. just read the report of world hunger index. its the people of panjab( sikhs ) who are working hard everyday to aid humanity without consideration of caste, color, religion,gender,identity and country, for sikhism all human race is one. these indian cowards hv attacked this sacred golden temple in 1984 with military and destroyed with tanks, killing innocent people, raped women, if i spare my life to write down the butchered and genocidal behavioral mistreatments i couldn’t get close 1%. what they hv done and still doing we sikhs know these masked killers ( indians).
