My guy has been on DeviantArt before
ОтветитьI have a theory that the reason Bowser and Mario appear in the past is because of partners in time
ОтветитьGreat channel, great video
ОтветитьYoshis island was the beginning of the golden age of Nintendo.
ОтветитьThis guy has half a million subs? Unreal. The fact that this is a written script he is reading from really adds to the embarrassment.
Ответитьi loved yoshis island on the snes so much when i played it for the first time last year that i decided to get yoshis island ds and hated almost every moment of it, dreading every time i would go back to it but only doing it to say i beat it. i think i need to replay the original again so i don't hate yoshi forever, it's such a stark difference between the 2 games it's incredible
ОтветитьIm not even sure if that instrumemt uses in yoshis new island is suposed to be a kazoo in fact i dont know what thats supossed to be
Ответитьi feel like another reason yoshis island ds is forgotten is because people (like me) just assumed that it was just yoshis island on ds like super mario 64 ds was
ОтветитьThe final boss of new island confuses me like what "suddenly warping through space and time, bowser appears" like im sorry but is this Mario or is this the big bang theory though mario and luigi show that time travel exists in super mario so yeah but wow
ОтветитьThe fact that Mario's been wearing that iconic red cap since birth makes this hilarious.
ОтветитьThe soundtrack in this game is misery, and the biggest reason I can't force myself to replay it. Second to that is the double screen shenanigans with stuff hidden in between the screens. No thanks.
ОтветитьI would say the next real sequel would be Yoshi's story on the n64. Cuz that was originally called Yoshi's island 64.
ОтветитьI wonder if the main character of Yoshi's island is the dad of the current Yoshi?
ОтветитьIn fact deja vu is experienced more by younger people.
ОтветитьI actually prefer yoshis new island to be canon
Ответить"He'll yeah dude"
ОтветитьYoshi’s Island DS is so good. The main boss theme in that game…Don’t even get me started on that. That’s the best part of the game.
ОтветитьWhen I was a kid I thought Yoshi’s Island was the best snes game I owned.
ОтветитьYoshi’s Island original is the best!
The remake sequel … 💩
Funnily enough i actually like the addition of kazzos in yoshis new island i mean those are yoshi sounds im pretty sure its suposed to be goffy although yeah the yoshi clan is a pretty horrible track
ОтветитьI think yoshi's island ds is the reason peach and mario know eachother
ОтветитьSo I don't think people have noticed it but each Yoshi game is based on a different colorful way of art
Crafts (crafted world), yarn (wooly world), chalk (island 1), crayon / watercolor / oil paint / pastels (new island) and this is the evolution of learning about art as the backdrops and different levels change style of projects). And the music shows that, that's why New Island has kazoo, it starts with crayon art which kazoos are associated with children and children use crayons.
The graphics on the 3DS one are so washed out, ugh
ОтветитьThe time travel stuff makes sense considering what rosalina said said saying the cycle happens over again but not in the same way so they kinda kept that in good job Nintendo
ОтветитьThe series really just peaked at the first game, and every sequel tried to recapture the original feel
ОтветитьWho here also got too dizzy from fuzzys? My stomach hurts...
Ответитьpersonally i love new island
ОтветитьI've played through Yoshi's Island DS so many times since I got it as a kid, I never realized it was a sequel, I always assumed it was some kinda remake. While I love this game I'm glad to know there's a better one, I'm gonna have to dig out a copy of the original from somewhere
ОтветитьDamn near? It is perfection
ОтветитьJust as the Super Mario Bros saga has Super Mario Bros The Lost Levels as the most difficult game, the Yoshi's Island saga has Yoshi's Island DS.
What a difficult video game for God's sake!!!
Yoshis island is my favorite one, but it is one of the hardest game I've ever played
ОтветитьYou really like to shit on things, don't you?
ОтветитьInconsistent and superficial review.
ОтветитьAgreed! Heck, I named my cat after it :)
ОтветитьSee, I think everything you said was a drawback to Yoshi's Island DS was actually a positive. Yoshi's Island DS figured out a way to incorporate both screens of the DS without resorting to controlling Yoshi with the touchscreen. The different babies giving Yoshi different abilities gave Yoshi's Island DS an extra layer of complexity, a natural upgrade from the original on the Super Nintendo. For me, removing those 2 features from Yoshi's New Island on the 3DS automatically made Yoshi's New Island a downgrade.
Also, the Bowser ending deserves an explanation. Bowser only appears if the gamer can get through every level without resorting to use the in-game cheat of Flutter Wings. Clearly, if you can get through the game without extra help, you can face off against a boss battle with 4 phases instead of 2 phases (although the game makes Bowser a separate battle, kind of creating a checkpoint halfway through). Yes, "through space and time" sounds lame, but it's ultimately meant to be an excuse why Bowser can appear and give the player extra challenge to finishing the game.
No yoshi story
ОтветитьTo Be Honest Bowser Kinda Ruined The Yoshi’s Island Timeline.
ОтветитьI really liked Yoshi’s Island DS. I thought it was really fun. I even really like the soundtrack & the final boss theme!
ОтветитьNOW HOLD ON A DAMN MINUTE IN YOSHIS NEW ISLAND IF WE SEE FLASHBACKS AND A GOOMBA IS RIGHT THERE WHERES THE KOOPA TROOPA BECAUSE HE WAS ALSO IN YOSHIS ISLAND AND HOOKBILL DOESN'T COUNT
Ответить
