Bro im 13 yrs old and I have Something that looked like AC joint seperation but I did this as u did in this video but nothing hurts idk why?

I passed all the tests, and I have the mobility, knock on the wood, but wth is this pain, it’s behind my joint or something, it comes and goes, happened after overhead press (shoulder)

Hi, yes I have this when doing these movement.

I sustained it when doing just body weight Dips (had not done for about 3 months - otherwise was absolutely fine even with 60kg weighted Dips before then).

I layed off doing Upper workouts for about 3 weeks and saw improvements and I am back doing Upper work but it’s still not fully recovered, what exercises would you recommend?

Okay but what if I’m doing the scarff test and the pain comes from the other side of the delt? So not closer to the armpit, but in the medial/rear felt area?

No pain on the first 2 jyst discomfort but intense pain on the last one was in a car accident and cant really hold a milk jug so who knows

Ummm. I don't think you need to perform any tests to tell if your ac joint hurts. The hurt is the test

How to tell if its ac joint or impigment? What if i have pain on first 2 tests and no pain on palpation? What would that indicate?

I have pain on the scarff test but not at the AC joint, it's more like the lower part of my lateral deltoid like where it connects to the bicep..

I moreso have pain on the upper shoulder in the middle like right on my clavicle. Pain when pressing on it

I got AC joint pain and doctor said it is Arthritis and it has no cure and i can only manage the pain but cannot cure it 😭😭
